Position Overview
The Hiring Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent to join our IT hardware trading company. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, understand talent requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies and execute them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving excellence in talent acquisition.
Job Responsibility
1. Collaborate with department heads and hiring teams to understand talent needs and develop comprehensive hiring plans.
2. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
3. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
4. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job portals, and professional networks to expand candidate pipelines.
5. Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit, and make data-driven hiring decisions.
6. Guide and mentor hiring teams on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection.
7. Manage the candidate experience, maintaining clear and timely communication and providing feedback to candidates.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (2-3 Years) as a Recruiter, preferably in IT recruitment or within the hardware trading industry.
3. Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technical requirements within the hardware industry.
4. Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms for candidate sourcing and selection.
5. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire hiring teams.
6. Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
7. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
8. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
