Position Overview:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and acquiring top talent for CustomerLabs Inc. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand recruitment needs, develop effective strategies, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes. Your expertise in talent acquisition, sourcing, and candidate evaluation will contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.

Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques, to attract qualified candidates.

Managing the interview process, recruitment team and Develop OKRs & KPI that's aligned with company goals.

Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.

Drive the negotiation and offer process, ensuring competitive and fair offers are presented to selected candidates.

Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other talent sources.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment tools and techniques.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team.

Develop HR Policy & Procedure and lead employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events and career fairs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.

In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.

Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, and utilizing social media platforms.

Strong ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit through effective interviewing and evaluation methods.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
