About the Job: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Manager - Employee Engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies, policies, and procedures. This includes negotiating collective agreements, consulting with unions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives
Negotiate collective agreements with unions and other stakeholders
Consult with employees and union representatives on ER/IR matters
Provide guidance and support to staff on ER/IR matters
What We're Looking For:
A tertiary qualification in Employee Relations, HR, Business, Law, or a related field
Proven expertise in Enterprise Bargaining and ER/IR negotiation processes
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to navigate complex ER/IR issues and develop strategic solutions
