We’re looking for a Senior HR Manager to join our fast-growing team in CBD Belapur.
- Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
- Experience: 8–12 years (Min. 5 years in real estate is a must)

What You’ll Do:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations – hiring, onboarding, payroll & compliance
- Drive performance management & appraisal systems
- Build a strong culture through engagement and retention strategies
- Work closely with leadership on talent planning and workforce structuring
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and RERA norms
- Support project and sales teams across multiple sites
