Job Description
Employee Relations and Communications:
The Senior HR Manager will foster positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions. This will include communicating company policies and procedures, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
Compliance and Risk Management:
The Senior HR Manager will ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. This will include maintaining accurate records, investigating complaints, and taking corrective action as necessary.
Other Responsibilities:
The Senior HR Manager will also provide coaching and mentoring to employees, participate in strategic planning initiatives, and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. A Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred. At least 10 years of experience in HR, with 2-4 years of leadership experience, is required. Experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in an MNC, is preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience with HRIS systems and tools
Preferred Areas of Education, Certifications, and Skills:
A Post-Graduation in Human Resource is preferred. Certification in HR Process, Facilitation, Employee Relations & Talent Management would be an added advantage.
