Job Description
The Senior HR Manager will lead the development and implementation of talent acquisition and development strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent. This will include creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Employee Relations and Communications:
The Senior HR Manager will foster positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions. This will include communicating company policies and procedures, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
Compliance and Risk Management:
The Senior HR Manager will ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. This will include maintaining accurate records, investigating complaints, and taking corrective action as necessary.
Other Responsibilities:
The Senior HR Manager will also provide coaching and mentoring to employees, participate in strategic planning initiatives, and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. A Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred. At least 10 years of experience in HR, with 2-4 years of leadership experience, is required. Experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in an MNC, is preferred.
