About the Team
We are looking for Senior HR Advisor to join our team. This role will be based at our Atkins office in Bangalore, IN.
How will you contribute to the team?
To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
• 5 years of experience in managing Core HR Operations.
• Be the custodian of employee related data and documents.
• Update and respond to queries on HR Policies and Procedures & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s), ensuring aligned to legally complaint and to our company’s value & culture.
• Will be responsible for Payroll validation with the internal systems / database and a periodic audit / review of the payroll process
• Collaborate closely with all HR stakeholders to smoothly execute and deliver all HR processes.
• Efficiently manage the annual process around leave reconciliations, employee benefits, people process, salary review etc and ensuring error free and within timelines.
• Define and execute consolidated reports for annual processes as well as adhoc to support the HR Partners and key business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external partners and legal advisors
• Responsible for both internal and external audit of data, documents, and processes.

• Should have good communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders and external partners
• Good influencing skills to drive and implement programs.
• Good analytical skills with a strong knowledge of MS office and /or Power BI and well versed with Workday
• Good time management and planning skills
• Customer focus and service excellence.
• Should be conversant with data management and have an attention to detail
• Should be able to multitask & manage various stakeholders across functions
• Good knowledge of labour laws will be an added advantage.
