Talent Acquisition - Candidate will be responsible for overall recruitment for the company.
· Talent Management - Talent Retention, Employee Engagement, Compliance and Training.
· Human Resource Management - Handling complete HR Operations. Initiating all the employees documentation in place and in the correct file.
· Act as SPOC till the candidates joins in.
· Ensuring the billing and payment release on time for recruitment vendors.
