Job Description
1. Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment processes
2. Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications
3. Perform necessary background checks
4. Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers, handle communication with and between candidates/applicants and the HR department
5. Build and maintain networks of prospective candidates by attending job fairs and conferences
6. Manage job descriptions and announcements
7. Advise the HR department on the recruitment process and recommend promising applicants to be hired.
8. Understanding the job requirements received from the clients.
+. Evaluating the different sourcing methods for such requirements.
10. Generating a pool of suitable & interested candidates from various sources
11. Screening & Short listing the profiles.
12. Cold calling the candidates & Line up the interviews.
13. Interviewing & preparing candidates for further rounds .
14. Following up actively with candidates until the joining of the candidate.
15. Maintaining various internal report
0-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter relatebly in Hotels ,Resturants
Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet,outlook ,
Problem-solving aptitude
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
