Location: Mumbai (Chembur)
Budget is upto 8LPA to 10LPA
Reporting to - Director
10 yrs. relevant experience in a service industry, preferably, TPA sector, Health Insurance is preferred.
Job Description:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions for TPA industry roles.
2. Utilize various recruitment methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
3. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for TPA industry positions.
4. Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry associations to source potential candidates for TPA industry roles.
