Job Description
· Source candidates from different Job Portals
· Search resume databases for the most fit candidates
· Communicate with Recruitment Managers for the projects
· Determine the effectiveness and success of current requirement and strategies
· Build talent networks to find qualified active candidates
· Use multi-channel approach to recruit
· Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
· Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
· Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
· Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
· Prepare a report on every day basis for the tasks completed or in progress
· Prepare a report on weekly basis to the client
· Lineup & Screening the candidates for client interview
· Arranging candidate’s interview with Client F2F or Online
· Process the selected candidates for Visa & Deployment
· Meeting the deadlines of projects
· Completing & Updating the task received from the Recruitment Manager
· Capable of handling team
· Travelling to interview site with Client
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Should have Minimum 04 years of Experience
Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Should have knowledge of Job Portals
