Our Opportunity:
Chewy is on a mission to be the most trusted and convenient destination for pet parents everywhere! We are looking for a Senior HR Support Specialist to join the Talent & HR organization in our Plantation, FL office. In this role you will have an opportunity to provide project assistance and high-quality coordination support for various teams and business leaders. To succeed in this role, you will be proactive, meet project deliverables, pay attention to detail, and communicate effectively. We look forward to hearing from you!
What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate, prioritize, manage, and facilitate tasks/projects to support the Talent and HR organization
• Provide project management support for different projects and programs in the organization
• Build and manage high-level reports, recurring workflows/processes, and action-tracking follow-up for the team
• Handle org charts and develop forward-looking corporate calendars for the organization
• Own the administration of team mechanisms, e.g., 30/30 sheets, MBR inputs
• Provide high-touch coordination support
• Plan and serve as a critical point of contact for corporate events (virtual and onsite)
• Draft and edit communications, documents, and presentations
• Ad-hoc duties upon request
What You’ll Need:
• 1+ years of related experience, preferably in an ecommerce or technical environment
• Experience supporting high-level executives in a complex and fast paced environment
• Strong project management and continuous improvement skills with a data-driven approach
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to take ownership and bring a solution oriented approach
• Ability to efficiently streamline communication
• Growth mindset and strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
