Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced professionals to build a career as an HR-Tech Consultant for Tier 1 HRtech Software Implementation domain. This role involves working on SAP SuccessFactors / Workday HCM projects and interacting with customers in the broader APAC region.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, high IQ, and relevant HR experience with customers as stakeholders. They should be able to articulate clearly and comprehend complex ideas.
• Responsibilities:
• Liaison with SMEs to understand their Business Requirements and advise them on efficient system design and implementation.
• Requirements Gathering & Designing: Configure and Test SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Data Migration: Perform/Support Data Migration as required.
• Client Engagement: Setup relevant data within the configured SAP SuccessFactors module, collect feedback from clients, and make necessary system changes.
• Training: Educate clients on how to use SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Documentation: Diligently document Business Requirements to baseline for project preparation and completion.
• Support: Post-implementation, provide necessary technical solutions to clients based on their requirements or issues.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have a full-time degree/diploma from a recognized institute and at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience. A high level of academic achievement is desirable.
