Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workday professional to join our team as a Workday Administrator. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Workday system, ensuring its smooth functioning and providing top-notch support to our stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and administering HR technology, including integrations, as well as experience with Workday Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting, and Security. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound discretionary business decisions with limited guidance.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, administer, and support HR technology, including integrations.
• Manage daily operations of the Workday system, ensuring its smooth functioning.
• Provide exceptional support to stakeholders, including Global People Operations, Finance, and other key organizations.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday to support various organizations.
• Actively identify, resolve issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate system and process changes with HR Partners and across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or relevant area of study.
• 5+ years of Workday functional experience, including implementations.
• Experience with Workday Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting, and Security is essential.
• Additional experience with other Workday modules is a plus: Talent, Absence, Benefits Administration, etc.
• Experience in supporting a global organization.
• Ability to work independently and make sound discretionary business decisions with limited guidance.
• Proven history of managing confidential information in a professional manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving/analytical skills with attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
