Must have experience in Non-IT Recruitment For Sales Executives
Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skill set as per the job specifications.
Sourcing the right candidate for the right Job at the right Time.
Salary Negotiation with the Candidates.
Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine the experience and skill level.
Conducting the first round face to face Interview and arranging for the final round of Interview
Closing the requirement with TAT.
Strong Experience in Statutory Compliance payments like PF, ESI, PT, TDS Calculations making payments online before due dates.
Notices Reply to Statutory Compliance
Good experience in Payroll process through NEFT transfers
Should be able to handle Multitasking works
