The Role
We are hiring remote Senior Human Resources Associates to manage large-scale recruitment campaigns across non-IT sectors — including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Support roles — across PAN India.
Responsibilities
• Independently source candidates using grassroots and digital outreach methods.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit across multiple domains and locations.
• Maintain accurate reporting and performance logs.
What We Offer
Phase 1 (First 6 Months)
• A performance-based payout model of ₹5,000 to ₹1,50,000 per successful hire.
• No earning cap – the more you hire, the more you earn.
