SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE – PERFORMANCE & FEEDBACK
As a Senior Human Resources Associate – Performance & Feedback, you will work to support the global semi-annual performance review cycle. You will work collaboratively with a highly-motivated team within a fast-paced company. Your primary responsibilities will be to respond to inquiries about the system and the process.
Requirements:
• Respond to ZSer inquiries about the Performance and Feedback platforms and their processes; troubleshoot administrative issues;
• Help to schedule and support the performance review process and related initiatives;
• Help to update training materials based on updates and changes;
• Coordinate with vendor, IT and other internal teams as necessary to resolve issues with content, technology;
• Work with team to track ongoing system enhancements and upgrades, helping to test changes as necessary;
• Produce reports to support key stakeholders;
• Analysis of performance and feedback data to support initiatives around high and low performers, hiring profiles, feedback frequency;
• Help to manage performance evaluation content;
• AWS or cloud experience a strong plus.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS in related field required, PG or MBA preferred; plus4-7 years' total experience with 3-5 years' experience in performance management or similar specialty;
• Professional services experience a strong plus;
• Experience working with HR technology, especially in performance management;
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools; strong reporting and power point skills;
• Project management and task management capability;
• Advanced interpersonal skills; very strong written communication skills a must;
• Action and results orientation, comfort with fast pace and rapid change;
• Flexibility to work across time zones, cultures and levels of the organization;
• Self-directed and motivated; excellent sense of humor
