Job Brief
· We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who has exposure of working in a dynamic and global environment.
· The individual will play the role of consultative HR for the business and other stakeholders and help them drive productivity.
Key Responsibilities
· Contributes to and has accountability towards the team and with business leaders and managers
· Partners with concerned BU heads and other stakeholders and provide end to end HR delivery
· Produces and presents people related MIS Demonstrates organizational insight through knowledge of people and operating contexts and targets action
· Takes a lead role in supporting local change, supporting, and challenging managers to be effective inspirational
· Administers and champions company policies and processes.
· Good to have exposure to policy or process formulation
· Manages employee relations and communication.
· Ability to handle conflicts and drive resolution
· Champions employee engagement by executing the existing org level interventions for the location has the ability to conceptualize and execute new ideas and interventions
Skills and Attributes Required
· Fluent communication in oral and written
· Good interpersonal and organizational skills
· A quick learner with the ability to think on their feet
· Someone who is pleasant, confident, proactive, flexible Assertive with a positive attitude
· Proficient with MS office suite
Experience - 8 to 10 years
Educational Qualification - Post Graduation Degree / Diploma in Human Resources
