The focus will be on disrupting and reimagining university education & skilling for working professionals by offering high-impact online certification and degree programs. It's time to put the fun back in learning
Role:
• Support HR team initiatives focusing on retention, engagement, recognition, compensation, talent management, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
• Assist with a strategic partnership for business leaders and act as point of contact for employees
• Creating engagement initiatives and generally working in a rapidly changing/growing environment
• Use data and people metrics to provide insights that help drive team structure development, career progression, retention, and engagement
• Assist in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
• Strong interest in L&D with experience in developing and facilitating manager and employee trainings
Requirement:
• 8+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in a high-growth organization
• Experience partnering with / advising mid-level managers
• Solution-focused thinking, empathy, strong judgement, and decision making skills
• Strong organizational development experience supporting team effectiveness
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including experience building relationships at all levels of the organization
