New Street’s flagship and award winning BFSI ecosystem – “MiFiX” is already creating a seismic shift in the way incumbents like Banks, NBFCs and other Financial Institutions serve their customers; or partner with FinTechs and other 3rd party service providers – all resulting in exponential operational efficiency, disruptive innovation, and elevated customer experience. Business & Culture enabler - building culture of high productivity and accountability.
Excellent internal & external stakeholders management
Leadership Executive Coach - for new people managers, transitioning into growth mindset.
Ensure smooth & seamless HR Operations - with excellent adaptions of technology in the space.
Personality Traits
You are someone who is highly motivated, with positive attitude towards problem solving, creative mind for new initiatives. A go-getter & people's person.
Qualifications
Post Graduation with 10+ years of relevant experience in IT Product / FinTech / Startup organizations.
We are a 'work from office' organization - we believe in coming together to collaborate, create, work together as one team.
We would like the person to come onboard soon after the selection process - hence short notice period or people in between jobs currently would be preferred.
