Role: Senior HR Business Partner
Reporting: CHRO
POSITION STATEMENT:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is to effectively execute targeted HR interventions, people practices, and talent strategies for the assigned business units and also to drive end to-end execution of central HR processes.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
● Overall, 10-15 years of relevant experience across HR functions (preferably in HR Partnering roles)
● Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment.
● Proficient in handling employee issues with sensitivity, objectivity, and empathy.
● Strong Communication and presentation skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:
● Attrition management/Retention – Provide analysis and ensure closure on various interventions identified.
● Employee connect - Partner in driving employee engagement programs through proactive and structured interventions like townhalls, etc
● Review and analyse business and people metrics including data on retention and employee experience to recommend and bring about systemic improvements.
● Conduct gap analysis and ensure appropriate career development programs and initiatives are aligned with critical skill development and succession planning for the designated teams.
● Enable successful implementation of all People processes (PMS, Talent Management, Compensation Review) and provide HR Policy guidance whenever needed.
● Ensure KPIs/KRAs are cascaded in the designated businesses/functions.
● Partner with the business leaders in conceptualizing and roll out of Organisation Design
● Organizing R&R Programs for the designated business units.
● Work with leaders, and people managers to address all types of employee relations issues.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
● Post-Graduation/MBA in Human Resources
