Process the Attendance & Salary of More than 1600 employees.
Preparing the Sal Cal of Salary & REIMB & take Approval of client for
further process, uploading all the data in system & prepare final Net pay &
Invoice.
Final Invoice submitting to the client & taking follow up for payment.
Preparing collection Report after receiving payment from client.
Updating the employee database in system on base Excel and complete
F&F activity.
Conducting the Open House on monthly basis with Client & Associate for
resolving the queries.
Making the entry in system for New Joinee , issue Offer letter &
completing the joining formalities & DMS activities.
Co-ordinate with all location (Pan India) for completing the various
tasks.
Maintaining relationship with new / Existing clients
Job Responsibilities
(A) Salary Compensation · Processing the salary of more than 5000 employees.
· Taking care of all payroll related inputs such as:
Salary Revision, Leave Without Pay
Resignation, Salary of New Joinee
Investment declaration & Supporting
Reimbursement
And all other Miscellaneous Inputs.
· Salary Process after completion of input & review thereof
· Modification in Salary Register as per client requirements.
· Final process of the salary register and providing client the
Final payroll output.
· Preparing Bank upload file.
· Preparing payment related statutory reports such as :
Monthly Statutory Provident Fund Report
Accounting JV Report
Profession Tax Report
Income Tax Report
(B) Reimbursements · Checking Reimbursement Entitlements given in CTC and
Making payment as per client’s reimbursement policy.
· Vouching the Supporting bills/documents given by employees.
