Responsibilities
The Bilingual Senior HR Generalist (Spanish/English required) will perform various human resources tasks by partnering with the operations leadership!
This person will be the sole person of Human Resources at the facility but would have support from various locations as needed
Hours expected to work: Flexible hours within 6:00am- 6:00pm (24/7 facility-- may need to be on call for emergencies, including weekends)
All Duties/Responsibilities if for the management of one singular facility:
Handles recruitment and partners with staffing firms for temp staffing (30%)
Handles all aspects of onboarding, orientation, & employee relations (60%)
Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, payroll processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance
Performs periodic audits of HR files and HRIS system to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed or put in system correctly (ADP)
Identifies trends in turnover and recommends solutions

Requirements:
• Spanish and English fluency is required
• 3+ years within human resources
• Grand understanding and experience with working in the manufacturing, distribution, or logistics settings.
• Bachelors degree within business management or equivalent preferred
• SHRM or PHR certifications preferred
• Experience managing HRIS is required; ADP preferred
