Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and compliance with labor laws
Handle employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and conflict resolution
Coordinate staff training, performance evaluations, and career development
Oversee daily HR operations such as attendance, payroll coordination, and scheduling
Support showroom staffing needs and work closely with the sales and operations team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, Masters is a plus
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or luxury brand environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Working knowledge of labor regulations and HR software tools
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
