Role Description:
Do you pride yourself on people skills? Would you like to join a friendly, fun and young startup in the education space and lead the building of an HR function? We've grown our team 2x in the last 6 months and continue to grow. We're looking for a level-headed, practical and charismatic person to join our team as a Senior HR Manager.
What we will expect from you:
• High levels of initiative to make Clever Harvey a great place to work
• Independent problem-solving skills
• Ownership of the complete employee lifecycle - from recruitment to performance reviews and growth within the organisation
• You will follow common sense rather than take a bookish approach to problem solving and conflict resolution
• You will set up and continuously improve our systems and processes to match the required stage of growth in our team size and composition
What we will not expect from you:
• Managing payroll/taxes
• Intense direct recruitment (but you will oversee recruitment)
• Labour laws/compliances
• To work alone - there is a team to support you
Work Experience - 5+years
You must have a demonstrated history of working in a fast paced and fast growing organisation in HR. We are looking for experience in setting up systems, handling difficult conversations and being able to independently handle HR growth and challenges
