Jaipur Rugs is a social enterprise that connects rural craftsmanship with global markets through its luxurious handmade carpets. It is a family run business that offers an exclusive range of hand-knotted and hand-woven rugs made using 2500 years old traditional art form.
The founder, Mr. Nand Kishore Chaudhary created a unique business model, which provides livelihood to the artisans at their doorstep. This changed the standard practice of involving middlemen to work with artisanal communities. The company currently has a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India. It has an end-to-end business model, right from sourcing of wool to exporting a finished handmade rug.
The modern and eclectic collection of rugs, made using the finest wool and silk, has won numerous global awards and is currently exported to more than 45 countries with the US sales arm, Jaipur Living, Inc. located in Georgia, Atlanta.
Job Responsibility-The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and aligning business objectives with employees and management.
1. Processes payroll data and ensures timely payout of wages/ salaries, advances, bonus, leave encashment, full and final settlements etc.
2. Ensure all compliance as per Labour Laws like PF, ESI, Gratuity, Maternity etc.
3. Responsible for recruitment in the organization. Sourcing CVs from Job portal, social networking sites, Linkedin etc.
4. Issuing offer and appointment letter to the selected candidates and ensuring smooth on boarding process.
5. Responsible for organizational development interventions (Helping in policy formation, execution and implementation).
6. To maintain Job Descriptions and Job catalogue across levels.
7. To develop Competencies across the organization, training need identification and assessment of employees.
8. To create Individual development plans for employees and prepare training calendars accordingly.
+. Monitoring the progress of employees through training, mentoring, and counseling.
10. Responsible for various Learning and Developmental initiative in the organization.
11. Responsible for preparing engagement calendar and following up accordingly.
12. Responsible for conducting various rewards and recognition programs within the organization.
13. Responsible for employee communications.
14. Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate methods and techniques for selecting, promoting, compensating, evaluating, and training workers.
15. Preparing monthly HR MIS/ PPTs / HR analytics.
16. Handling employee grievances related to salary and Wages, Attendance, Mediclaim and ESI.
17. To conduct exit interviews and analyze why people are leaving the organization.

• Functional Skills: Talent Acquisition, PMS, Employee Engagement, Training & Developments, HR Policies formation and implementation
• Behavioural Skills: Team player, Effective Communication, Convincing power,
Knowledge:
• Job Portals, PMS, HR Policies, Labour Laws
• Knowledge of SAP (Payroll Module)
Qualification and Experience: MBA in Human Resources with work experience between 10-12 years
