As part of the Human Resources, Compliances, Sourcing, and Recruitment team you will have the opportunity to stretch and grow both your recruitment expertise and business analysis talent working in the upcoming Fintech Solutions Organization and work with the team.

As an IT HR Manager, you’ll be a vital part of our team, which focuses on selecting the right people to match business demand, allocating resources across IT Engineering, as well as leading functional excellence in resource management, Sourcing, and Compliance management, and Recruitment Strategy.
What’s the role?
As our Senior HR Manager, you’re going to play a vital role in delivering the sourcing strategy aligned to our Tech Department.
Your background in recruitment roles will stand you in good stead here along with your exposure in compliance & workforce analysis.
More specific duties may include providing insights into our IT recruitment process and helping to drive continuous improvement of process compliance, operations requirements, manage workforce data and reporting.
Finally, your excellent people skills are going to be crucial to succeeding in this multi-sourcing environment, developing strong relationships with a diverse range of opportunities and collaborations
Requirements:
With expert analytical and relationship skills, we expect you’ll have a robust understanding of IT recruitment and its range of roles and skills.
Must have experience delivering in an IT Software development business model with inclusions to the skills and exposure mentioned below:
• IT continuous workforce hiring
• Skill in reporting and data analytics.
• An understanding and knack for creating compliances.
• Proven expertise in planning, organizing and project management.
• Strong management skills
• Creating reports
• Understanding of reports
• HR Policies
• Any additional HR expertise would be a plus.
• Exposure to HR tools
• Expertise of MS office
• Understanding of Organization Report
• HRIS
