Location: Mumbai
Salary Budget: 6.6 lacs p.a.
In brief:
1) The person will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment
process, designing organization policies, implementing learning methods and setting objectives for the HR team.
2) Develop HR strategy, processes and standards for recruiting, selection and staffing.
3) Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
4) Build system and plan for development of professional goals for Employees.
5) Must be open to travel for meetings and location visits
Qualification: Should have Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, or related field
Experience: 5-8 years of experience.
