Job Description
We are looking for a driven Human Resource Manager for our corporate and business functions.
As an HR Leader who will be supporting business needs in delivering different acumen of HR standards
- · Employee life cycle
· Grievance handling
· Performance management
· Payroll
· Statutory compliance
· Stakeholder management
· Attendance and leave record management
· Talent acquisition
· Perform any other duties assigned
Mandate Skillset:
· Minimum 10 years of demonstrated work experience in HR function in a corporate setting
· Lead and guide 5-6 member HR team to lead IQA HR activity.
· Great communication and presentation skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office:
Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.
· Excellent people management skill
· Analytical and goal-oriented
· Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
· Have strong business acumen and strategic bent of mind
· Good change management and project management capabilities
· Self-motivated, team player action and results-oriented
· Experience with the latest HR management tool.
· MBA in HR from a reputed B School
Essential Requirement:
Work location - Noida
This position is for work from Noida office, Candidate must be from NCR region and willing to work from office.
Candidate's from Software Industry only needs to apply
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in HR Management System/Business management in IT sector is a mandate
Bachelor's degree in HR, Master's degree preferred.
