Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
As Senior HR Manager, the role holder is entrusted the responsibility of managing end-to-end HR deliverables across Viu teams based in India, Indonesia and Malaysia. You will be required to implement strategies in line with the overall PCCW business & Group HR goals.
• Act as a key HR point of contact and trusted partner for our business leaders and employees
• Extend generalist HR leadership and support in areas of HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, and employee relations.
• Align and implement initiatives to build a positive employee experience across each touch point of employee lifecycle.
• Support the implementation of our compensation & benefits strategy and talent management.
• Drive HR governance & compliance of global KPI’s & TAT’s of HR services.
Skills & Competencies
• Master’s degree, preferably in HR discipline.
• 15+ years experience of working in an HR generalist role in sizable companies / from MNC background.
• Understanding of Core HR Processes like Performance Management, Career Development, Compensation Revision, Employee Engagement and Retention, Reward & Recognition and Talent Management and Succession Planning.
• Demonstrated experience of managing end to end lifecycle on HRMS tool, hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors an advantage.
• Exposure of working with companies operating in multiple geos.
• Assertive, strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of leadership and able to partner with internal stakeholders with diversified culture.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships effectively and quickly with both internal and external stakeholders
