Join our dynamic team of innovators and tech enthusiasts. Responsibilities: You will be required to set up & manage the entire HR Function from scratch. Focus will be on Culture building, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Improve Productivity, Strategic HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, etc. • Drive Talent Management & employee retention strategies for assigned business units, including promotions & succession planning • Actively play the role of Lead recruiter for all technical and non-technical roles across all seniority levels • Maintain the current employee pulse among all assigned business units and provide insights to leadership team towards formulation of their people management strategy • Drive participation & completion of Employee Engagement surveys and partner with business units on creation & implementation of relevant action plans • Promote Company’s Values and Principles among all employees • Design HR strategy, manpower budgeting and 3-year plan in line with company growth strategy • Act as an integral advisor and coach to the leadership team on Talent strategy • Develop, monitor and review HR strategies for all business verticals • Gap analysis to ensure smooth and timely identification of any gaps which may be relevant to HR strategy / Processes • Draft and support the implementation of relevant policies and processes • Support COO to manage information exchange and ensure effective communication occurs across key stakeholder groups • Assist the COO in developing dashboards and analytics on HR function across key business verticals • Collaborate with the Leadership team with best practice suggestions in tune with company culture and growth needs.
