Position Head HR / Sr Manager HR
Position Location: - Bangalore
Position reporting into VP- Finance
Location : Domlur (inner ring road)
Purpose of the job The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Candidates with exceptional knowledge in ESIC, PF and labour laws. Knowledge in CLRA etc. Handle multiple HR managers from other group companies.

Responsibilities to be performed
· Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects
• Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
• Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues
• Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
• Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel
• Ensuring Statutory compliances are being adhered to
• Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
• Assist in the development and integration of all policies and manuals.
• Select and implement suitable HR technology and attendance management for all the Kelachandra entities.
• Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
• Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues
• Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas
