Senior Human Resources Manager.

Must have excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and Non-verbal).Can post jobs in different portals and can hire team members.Can do KYE (Know Your Employee), Entry, and Exit formalities.Can manage salary slips. Leave management and other employee stuff.Must have good knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google SlidesMust have knowledge of Google sheet excel formulas.Can handle ESIC, PF for employees.Do know how to manage teams.Can take reporting from team members regarding daily updates.Can calculate team expense and project cost
