Job Description
VIVAIT India Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd is seeking a self-motivated Senior Manager - HR to support and grow our Recruiting Teams. The incumbent will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible to improve recruiter performance and the overall quality and productivity of the staffing team.
Who we are looking for :
• Suitable candidates will be result oriented (should have met recruitment and retention targets) and has led and managed a team of domestic recruiting staff
• Managing the complete offshore Talent Acquisition function.
• Manage and coach the 16 members team of talent acquisition professionals and Vendor Management professionals to deliver organizations hiring goals.
• Worked with the Head of RMG to set up the hiring plan based on the hiring forecast from the Delivery Managers/Hiring Managers and working with the recruitment team to achieve the same.
• Responsible to provide strong relationship management and interfacing between the talent acquisition delivery team and the hiring managers
Requirements:
• University / college degree, with more than 15+ years of industry relevant experience
• Experience in Domestic Staffing, and US Staffing.
• Strong Experience in working IT, Engineering & Non-IT Technologies, Domains and Functional areas
• Experience in managing large teams and should be good in People Management
• Demonstrated ability to develop and drive concepts from sourcing to Recruiting
• Demonstrated planning and facilitation skills manage multiple resources
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing for presentation and negotiations
