Job Responsibilities:
• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
• Design and implement company policies
• Hire the best talent across the industry
• Track attendance & manage payroll
• Handle employee grievances
• Plan employee engagement activities
• Manage onboarding & exit processes
• Oversee HR team functions
• Manage appraisals, promotions & internal transfers
• Give inputs, and suggestions to the top management
Requirements & Skills:
• 4-7 Years of Experience in HR field
• Proven work experience in a managerial or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software
• Solid understanding of labor legislation
• Excellent communication abilities
• Leadership skills
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations
Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) Preferred
