Job Description
This position should manage from HR Operations from onboarding till entire life cycle of HR Operations. Which includes Onboarding, Engagement, Reward and Recognitions, Retention, Attendance, Employee Communication and policies. The candidates must have a passion for taking care of people and should be solutions oriented.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct employee onboarding and joining formalities
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Time and attendance tracking and managing
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Communicating and updating policy and guidelines to employee
• Employee Documentation and records
• Handling any wellness and health issues in night shift
• Probation review of employees and arranging conformation meetings
• Handling any grievances in coordination with Dept Heads
Qualifications and Skills required :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of MS Office; or any HRMS
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Experience 5+ Years in operations HR role.
• Education: MBA-HR, Diploma in HR or equivalent degree
