1. Organization structuring, manpower ratios, Human Capital cost, deviation approvals & re-structuring.
2. Recruitment, Selection, Joining, On-boarding and Induction coordination and completion.
3. Managing hiring portals, manpower consultants, their contracts/feedback in sync with plant HR.
4. Creating Job Description (JD) and role clarity of all candidates for hiring.
5. Channelizing internal referrals and Internal Job Postings for internal hiring and career growth.
6. Skill development plan, training and monitoring and assessment of plant workers.
7. Identifying training needs post annual PMS, and preparing Training calendars accordingly.
8. Ensuring training effectiveness feedback and closure of programmes, scientifically for Staff.
9. Ensuring all new initiatives from the Corporate are cascaded and effectively implemented.
10. Implementation of the Competency Based Human Capital Development - Group wide.
