Job Role:
Handle all administrative tasks related to on-boarding, new hire coordination, and exit management for PAN India employees,
Working to manage and improve HR Operations workflows.
Making recommendations to improve HR Ops technology to automate processes which in turn minimize administrative overhead.
Ensuring the integrity of HR data.
Monitoring internal HR systems and databases.
Timely payment for PF, Gratuity, PT Challan
Processing and disbursement/claims for Medical, Salary Advance, Loan, Bonus, Gratuity and Leave Encashment
Empowered to resolve employee inquiries accurately and effectively.
Prepare necessary reports and schedules, issue HR-related letters and certificates.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments and ensure new hires are on-boarded successfully.
Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files.
Coordination with Employees Grievance and solving their query related to Salary, leave and attendance, compliances
Drive annual budgeting and PMS process across the organization
