Job Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's overall objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
• Partner with senior management to understand business needs and develop HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
• Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.
• Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, keeping abreast of any changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements in HR practices and policies.
• Manage employee separations, including conducting exit interviews, analyzing turnover data, and implementing strategies to reduce attrition.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior HR management role, with a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing HR team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software applications.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
