Job Description
Position Title:- Sr. Manager HR
Reports to:- Managing Director
Roles and Responsibilities:-
• Designing the HR strategy
• Managing & developing talent
• Responsible for streamlining the HR Process.
• Encompassing compensation, benefits, and non-monetary rewards
• Monitor and review the compliance with respect to statutory norms and provide resolution in case of any escalations
• Aggressively handling the performance management system (PMS).
• Proactively identify human resource-related gaps that can hinder the achievement of defined business objectives
• Track team performance at an overall and individual level and provide support/ guidance wherever required to ensure the achievement of yearly plans
Required Candidate Profile
1. Candidate must be from the corporate office of Engineering or Manufacturing Companies with 10+ years of experience in HR function handling both corporate & plant.
2. Candidate needs to be from a mid-level organization (Turnover 100-500cr)
3. Head Strong personality
4. Great Communication Skills
5. He/ She must have exposure to Good HR Practices (Recruitment, PMS, etc
