WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A tenacious Senior HR Manager with strong people management and analytical skills to work in a highly collaborative, rapidly growing and dynamic business environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead organization-level functional initiatives in the areas of - Recruitment Lifecycle Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Life Cycle Management; Payroll Management, Employee Relations & Welfare, Upskilling, Strategic Workforce Planning, Succession Planning;
• Work extensively on the culture plan for Treelife;
• Work closely with the management to prepare and review people budgets;
• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with business leaders and provide HR advice where necessary;
• Be up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensure compliance;
• Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies;
• Address grievances and resolve conflicts through empathetic and professional mediation;
• Facilitate an open and inclusive work environment true to the core values of Treelife;
• Work closely with the management as well as employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity, and retention;
• Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as hiring, retention, and cost;
• Keep abreast of the latest technologies and best practices in the field of human resources.
REQUIREMENTS:
• A highly driven HRBP/Generalist with 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and people processes;
• Relevant experience in a B2B setup is an added advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, and a multi-tasker.
