• Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, including pharmaceutical licensing and industry-specific compliance.
- Develop and implement policies to mitigate HR-related risks.
5. Organizational Strategy:
- Align HR strategies with the company’s overall objectives and contribute to strategic planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on HR matters.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure equity and competitiveness in the market.
7. Policy Creation and Implementation:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure policies are compliant with legal standards and company goals.
8. Grievance Handling:
- Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and fair manner.
- Implement conflict resolution strategies to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 8 to 10 years in a leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations specific to the pharmaceutical sector.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of influencing organizational change and driving HR initiatives.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
