Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Chennai. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
The role will involve collaborating with department managers to develop and implement HR strategies and policies, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
The Senior HR Manager will also provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters and contribute to creating a positive and engaging work environment.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
