• Developing job descriptions and role specifications

2. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Creating a positive work culture and maintaining employee morale
• Resolving workplace conflicts and grievances
• Organizing engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building initiatives
• Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and implementing feedback
3. Performance Management
• Designing and implementing appraisal systems
• Setting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and performance benchmarks
