We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager. The ideal
candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, fostering a positive work environment,
and supporting the overall growth and success of our team in the gaming industry.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Proven experience as an end-to-end IT and non-IT Recruiter.
• Good understanding of technical skills and industry needs.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and candidate closure.
• Demonstrated track record in candidate hiring and management.
• Proficient in utilizing job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster) and other open source platforms, with a well-established pipeline of passive candidates.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience in maintaining an internal candidate database, organized by skill set.
