Responsibilities and Duties:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Needs to handle Payroll, Statutory Compliances, HRMS, HR policies and Labor Law.
• Training, counseling and coaching of staff
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Knowledge and experienced in HR systems and databases
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Conducting performance and wage reviews.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance to company policy
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Oversees the daily workflow
Qualifications:
• BA or equivalent Bachelor’s degree is an essential requirement
• MBA or equivalent Master’s degree would be an added advantage
Knowledge:
• Aware of the latest HR Policies and Labor Laws.
• Good overall knowledge of local and international markets.
Experience:
• 3 - 5 years of experience as HR Generalist or 1 – 2 years of experience as HR Manager.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to multitask and take new initiatives
• Persevering, enthusiastic, motivated and self-driven.
• Ability to develop and maintain good employee relationships.
• Ability to handle employee objections and resolve issues effectively.
