Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. HR Operations and Team Management
• Manage daily HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of HR activities.
3. Employee Relations and Discipline Management
• Maintain healthy employee relations and positive work culture.
• Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
4. HR Policy Implementation
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and policies.
5. Training and Development
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.
Required Skills and Competencies
• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to manage HR department independently
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HR MIS, and HR software
• Proficiency in ad runs on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internsala.
Educational Qualification
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
• Relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage
