Job Description
This role involves independently sourcing candidates, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, recruiting across multiple domains and locations, and maintaining accurate reporting and performance logs. Collaboration with internal teams for hiring process alignment is also essential.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely with flexible hours, training, and process guidance provided. There are two phases to this role: Phase 1 (First 6 Months) and Phase 2 (Post 6 Months).
Phase 1 (First 6 Months):
- Performance-Based Payout Model: ₹5,000 to ₹1,50,000 per successful hire
- No earning cap – the more you hire, the more you earn
- Remote Work + Flexible Hours
- Training & Process Guidance Provided
Phase 2 (Post 6 Months):
- Transition to a Full-Time Role with 20–40% hike on last salary
- Fixed CTC + Incentives
