We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Senior Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering HR Shared Services and driving performance management initiatives in your designated geography.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Supplement execution of HR Shared Services deliverables, including confirmation, background verification, transfers, and MIS management.
• Drive performance management in your respective geography and work towards process improvements.
• Design and drive talent management and engagement plans for your geography.
• Drive Learning and Development agendas and conduct induction programs for new employees.
• Take ownership of all HR interventions from strategy to implementation.
