Job Title: Senior IC Test Development Engineer Location: phoenix AZ (Onsite)
Required Skills:
Experience With IC Testing, Design, Verification And Debug Preferred.
Experience with mixed signal testers required, SPEA, Advantest, and LTX systems preferred.
Ability to execute on multi-disciplinary functional excellence project that map to the department and company vision and goals.
C, C++ or similar programming languages
Understanding of design for testability (DFT) implementation & strategies, capability to provide input to design groups to ensure reliable and accurate production testing is a plus
Hands-on experience with lab equipment: Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, DVM, etc.
Good communication skills and ability to work and contribute in a team-based environment
