About the Role
As a Senior Creator Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and strengthening our entire creator ecosystem : Beyond The Stage ( BTS)
This role demands someone who can independently find high-potential influencers, pitch them confidently, negotiate smartly, and close them onboard for our talent division. You'll be the driving force behind expanding our creator network and ensuring a strong, diverse roster.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Identify and onboard top creators by actively scouting, pitching, and building long-term relationships.
• Lead creator negotiations from discussing deliverables and expectations to finalizing commercials with confidence and clarity.
• Close influencer partnerships efficiently by aligning creators with brand requirements and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• .Lead Brand Partnerships (Inbound & Outbound): Take ownership of generating revenue opportunities for the talent management wing by building strong brand relationships.
• Guide creators through the collaboration journey, answering queries and ensuring they feel supported and valued at every stage.
• Coordinate internally with campaign managers to match the right creators with the right briefs for maximum output and revenue.
• Own the full acquisition cycle from pitching, negotiations, documentation, onboarding, to relationship growth.
• Represent the talent division at events, creator meet-ups, when needed to strengthen brand visibility.
What We're Looking For:
• Strong Confidence & Communication – you should be comfortable leading creator calls, pitching with clarity, and representing the brand professionally.
• Experience in Pitch Calls – you must know how to present opportunities, highlight value, and get creators excited to work with us.
• Negotiation Skills – someone who can discuss commercials, close deals smartly, and maintain creator satisfaction without compromising business margins.
• End-to-End Creator Management Understanding – from onboarding, briefing, negotiations, to maintaining relationships, you should know the entire lifecycle of talent handling.
• A Hustler Mindset – proactive, quick, and always updated with the creator/influencer landscape.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
